Many servers offer kill- and general scoretrackers for anyone who log in on their server, with support for various gametypes, duels, and more + most keyboards nowadays allow you to change music with the press of a button, so overall I personally don't see the need for something like Jam's Killtracke...

I highly recommend you download JK2MV: https://jk2mv.org/

It has quite a few features which you can read on the page, among which the ability to filter bots from the serverlist and make it easier to find players.

Banning all of them will leave you with fewer players left to play with, and without an anti cheat some might be banned on false assumptions rather than actual hacks. An anti cheat would still allow those players to play, if they remove their hacks and scripts, with no need to ban anyone. If a serve...

One can detect scripts serverside using statistical methods. "Cheaters always find a way", "but everyone is cheating" - poor excuses. If you know how long NT spent trying to keep up with the cheaters, who in the end always found some way to bypass his anti-cheat, you would know there is some truth ...

cl_noPrint 1 disables messages completely. Test it in SP and that is what I was looking for, thanks Boothand! cl_noPrint 1 disables messages completely. Won't that also disable the "You need a KEYTYPE to open this" message? And the "You got a KEYTYPE" message? If so, that could mean he would have to look at his inventory all the time? Or does that cvar only handle the top messages, and not the centerprint ...

Most of us mainly play multiplayer though, so that's where most of our attention with regards to modding is being focused.

Sounds like it would be fun. May not be too hard with some server side modifications, for someone familiar with the source code. For the borders, a map could use doors that only open/close once, triggered by a timer running out. Maybe a huge map with various paths and hallways, which close in a ran...
