Re: Weird Animations

I understand completely.

Removing assetsmv2.pk3 from base seems to have fixed the issue. The time limit was hit and when I joined and clicked ready the animations were the correct ones.

Re: Weird Animations

You answered the question. "http://abc.de:1337/jk2/gamedata" is exactly what I was looking for. I didn't know if the HTTP downloads were hard coded to use 80 for a remote URL. I will configure apache to listen on a non-standard port as a temporary workaround for now. Good to know I will st...

Re: Weird Animations

Okay, I moved assetsmv2.pk3 out of my base folder and started all the test servers back up. I will report back when I get home from work. I have looked through the docs and it mentions: "Valid values: 0-65535 (TCP Port), Any HTTP-URL (http://...)" But does not specify that you can use them...

I put the Linux server online for you to see ripjitter.no-ip.org:28070 EDIT: Instead of using my normal template I build ...

Linux VS Windows Server

I recently spun up two servers. First was a Windows 2016 Datacenter box, the second was an Arch Linux box. Both of them worked great with the binaries as clients! Seemingly, the windows one is great as a server! But then there is the Linux dedicated server binary... It seems to stutter for a split s...
